Why am I being charged Florida sales tax?
As an eShop operating in Florida, we are required by state law to collect sales tax on orders shipped within Florida. The sales tax rate is determined by the shipping address provided during checkout.
Do Etho Maria pieces come with certificate of authenticity?
Every piece of Etho Maria jewelry comes with a Certificate of Authenticity. This certificate will validate the warranty as well as include specific details of the precious metals and stones used to create each specific piece of jewelry.
What happens if I need more than two items of the same style?
Please contact our concierge and they will be happy to assist.
Can a piece I already own be re-sized?
If you need a ring sized larger or smaller, please contact our concierge team. Some rings, specifically containing ceramic cannot be modified. A charge may apply.
Are Etho Maria earrings available in clips or posts?
A selection of our earrings have collapsible posts where they be be worn pierced or non-pierced. Please contact our concierge team if you have inquiries regarding options available.
Can I ship my order to an international location?
We only ship to the Contiguous United States.
What if I lose one earring? Can I purchase just one?
Yes, a special order can be made for the missing item.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
All Etho Maria product includes our signature packaging. At checkout, please select the gift option.
How do I take care of my jewelry?
Jewelry by nature is very delicate and must be handled with care. Store your items in the provided Etho Maria pouch to avoid any impact or scratches. We recommend to remove jewelry when doing chores, exercising or playing sports. For further caring tips please contact our concierge team.
What are your bracelet measurements?
Our stock size bracelets measure between 6-7 inches, pending on the design of the jewel.
For special orders, use a soft tape measure and measure in inches.
What is the standard ring size?
It is our goal is to ensure that finding your ring size is as simple as possible. If you already own an Etho Maria ring, your size should be consistent with most of our collections.
Standard Ring size is 6-6.5.
