Delivery & Returns

ORDERS

Orders placed Monday -Friday before 12PM EST will be confirmed and processed within one business day. Items will ship within 7 business days after confirmation. A tracking number will be emailed to you when order is ready to ship. Orders are not processed nor shipped on weekends. Etho Maria reserves the right to refuse sales or cancel orders placed by a customer in violation of the site’s terms or as otherwise determined by the company.

 

CANCELING AN ORDER

Once an order has been placed it may be canceled within 24 hours by contacting our concierge. In the event that you are placing a custom order, once the order has been approved and received by our production department, that order cannot be canceled.

 

SPECIAL ORDERS

Special orders are non-returnable and non-exchangeable and considered final sale. Payment will be charged in full before placed into production.

 

PAYMENT

Etho Maria is pleased to accept the following credit cards as convenient means of payment: American Express, Master Card, and Visa. In order to ensure that your shopping experience is secure, order and payment transactions are processed using a secure server. Please note that the individual who submits the order must be the cardholder whose name appears on the credit card.

 

SHIPPING

Shipments within the US will be sent via FedEx Overnight. Canada, Puerto Rico, and Hawaii will be shipped via FedEx 2nd day International. This excludes holidays and weekends. If you need express delivery, we can ship via FedEx First Overnight which will guarantee early morning next day delivery. An express shipping charge of $50 will be applied to your order. (Etho Maria is not responsible for courier service delays or delivery interruptions.) Etho Maria will provide free shipping for order that don’t exceed $40,000.00 will need special handling and additional charges will apply.

FOR FLORIDA SHIPMENTS ONLY:

The total amount charged includes applicable sales tax based on the shipping address provided.

 

ORDER TRACKING

An email will be sent to you as soon as your order is ready to ship with a detailed packing list and tracking information. You can track your package on-line at any time.

 

DELIVERIES

For security purposes an adult must be present at the delivery address to sign for the package. NO EXCEPTIONS. Etho Maria does not ship to P.O. boxes.

 

DAMAGED PACKAGE

In the event that the package looks mishandled or compromised we ask that you refuse the package and have courier return to sender. (Do not sign for the package) Kindly notify us immediately of any damaged packages.

 

PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS

We try to ensure that the information, including product descriptions, dimensions, and colors, provided on the Website, in advertisements or catalogues or as provided is accurate and complete. However, we make no guarantees, whether express or implied, in relation to the accuracy, reliability and completeness of such information. In particular, any description and information concerning the weight of precious materials and the number of stones and carats are provided as an indication only and may vary slightly. The colors of the stones on the Website are indicative, for the variables of different technological devices and because our jewels are made with strictly natural stones, which color tones may vary slightly depending on the place of provenance, extraction and processing.

 

SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY

For any product fabricated from rough diamonds mined from January 1, 2003 onward, the seller warrants that the diamonds have been purchased from legitimate sources not involved in funding conflict and are in compliance with United Nations Resolutions.

 

REPAIRS & ALTERATIONS

To initiate a repair, please contact your concierge to obtain a Return Authorization number. Upon contacting your concierge please include a clear detailed description of what exactly needs to be repaired or modified. An email will be sent to you with a Return Authorization number and shipping instructions. Unauthorized returns will be refused and returned to the customer at the customer’s expense. Etho Maria is not responsible for any merchandise that has been adjusted, repaired, refinished or altered in any way by anyone except Etho Maria. Once the item is received and the repairs/modification are assessed, we will advise on delivery time and any applicable charges. Customer approval and any applicable payment must be received before Etho Maria will commence any repair or alteration. Etho Maria only accepts returns of product purchased via ethomaria.com. (We do not return original packaging, so please keep jewelry pouches and boxes.) For questions regarding returns of purchases not made through ethomaria.com, please contact the authorized Etho Maria retailer from whom you made your purchase.

 

RETURNS / EXCHANGE / MERCHANDISE CREDIT

We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If for any reason you are not, we will gladly issue a full refund, exchange or merchandise credit for items returned unworn and in saleable condition within 14 days of delivery. Etho Maria will not accept any return if the product shows signs of wear, has been used, or altered from its original condition in any way. Any damaged items, special orders, or made-to-order products are final sale and not eligible for returns, exchanges or refunds. Every return must be accompanied by a sales receipt.  Please contact your concierge as soon as possible to obtain a Return Authorization number. An email will then be sent to you with a Return Authorization number and shipping instructions. For items returned within 30 days, we will offer an exchange or merchandise credit. Items received after 30 days will not be accepted for return or exchange.

 

REFUND

Once your item is received, please allow five business days for our concierge specialists to review and process. Once the return has been approved, you will receive an email confirmation. Refunds will be submitted to the original payment method used when making the purchase.  Etho Maria does not refund shipping charges Return shipping and insurance is the responsibility of the customer. We accept items only purchased from Ethomaria.com. If an item was purchased from an outside retailer and would like to return or exchange, item must be taken to the original retailer where it was purchased.
